Staff locker at South Muskoka Golf and Curling Club robbed

BRACEBRIDGE – Two people have been charged with thefts from a staff locker at a golf course here.

Bracebridge OPP and the Muskoka Vice officers of the same detachment say in a news release that they have solved several recent occurrences of theft including cash and property within the Town of Bracebridge. 

In on instance, a theft of cash from an employee locker at South Muskoka Golf and Curling Club was reported to police on December 22. 

During this investigation a male and female, both of Bracebridge were identified, arrested and charged. 

Stolen property including cash have been recovered and returned to the rightful owners just prior to Christmas. 

The investigation is ongoing and charges include Theft Under $5000 and Breach of Probation.
