Bracebridge reminds residents over overnight parking restrictions

BRACEBRIDGE – Bracebridge residents are once again reminded that the overnight parking of motor vehicles on any municipal roadway or within any Town parking lot is prohibited.

Town officials say that bylaws prohibit the parking of a motor vehicle on any municipal roadway between the hours of 2 and 6 a.m.

They say in a new year’s release that parking of motor vehicles is also prohibited within most municipal parking lots between the hours of 2 and 6 a.m. from October 16th to April 15th.

There are several permitted overnight parking spaces located within the “Hiram Lot” also known as the “Train Station lot.”

Motorists wishing to leave a vehicle parked within the downtown area of Bracebridge overnight are encouraged to use these designated and signed parking spaces.
