When crews reached the scene they found the upper storEy of the building fully involved.

Fortunately, no one was occupying the building at the time of the fire.

Crews were delayed in reaching the building as the lane way leading to the building had not been plowed all year.

The building is a total loss valued at $250,000 no cause has been determined at this time, said Steve Hernen, Huntsville’s Fire Chief and director of protective services.
