GRAVENHURST/BRACEBRIDGE — Keep your eyes on the road this weekend for old cars and trucks in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge.

Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce intern Illarya Ochob invites you to their 24th annual car show Saturday June 17 at Gull Lake Rotary Park.

You won’t know which way to look – especially coming or going in the morning and late afternoon.

Car and truck lovers will be in Hemi heaven as the chambers of commerce in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge both present chrome shows.

This Saturday at Gull Lake Park from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the 24th Annual Gravenhurst Car Show, presented by Canadian Tire Gravenhurst, is ready to roll.

This is a huge event that typically draws thousands of people and more than 400 cars parked in the ball field and under the pine trees next to the lake.

Enjoy food vendors, prizes, a kids zone and ice cold local beer.

Then Sunday, Bracebridge’s main drag will be closed to traffic unless you’ve got an old roadster or coupe you want to put in the show.

Wander up and down Manitoba Street for the annual Father’s Day show for some really hot wheels, and loads of other fun activities for dad and kin.
